The Partnership Board is made up of each of the theme group chairs and representatives from key industries and agencies. The Partnership Board oversee the Path to Well-Being initiative and provide guidance and support to the theme groups.
The Partnership Board has recently required each of the six theme groups to develop Results-Based Accountability frameworks. This provides a common direction for the group and seeks to ‘turn the curve’ towards favourable outcomes for the District in each group’s area of focus. Key indicators are monitored by each group to demonstrate progress.
The theme groups report back to the Partnership Board about their progress towards achieving the projects set out at the conferences, and identified through the development of their Results-Based Accountability frameworks. It has developed an action plan covering projects undertaken through all six theme groups.
