Lifelong Educational Opportunities

The Education Theme Group identified a number of issues at the past two conferences. High quality educational outcomes were identified as a critical component to the success and future of our Rangitikei community. Over this past 18 months the focus of this group narrowed (by agreement) to improving and strengthening education outcomes from Rangitikei College as a key institution within the district.
Other issues of workplace up-skilling, and providing pathways and opportunities for those who have left the district for qualifications to return are secondary issues that the group seeks to address in due course.
