Minutes are the record of what happened at a meeting. While they record the decisions of the meeting, they do not record everything that is said. Minutes are "unconfirmed" until the committee next meets, and "confirms" that the minutes are accurate and correct. The minutes on this webpage are all "confirmed" minutes.
