The libraries rotate the books between them and if a borrower requests a specified book it is routed to their nearest library. The libraries run children's programmes, with an empasis on encouraging reading.

Large print titles, audio books, newspapers, magazines and DVDs are available. Computers are available for use and come with internet access.

Marton Library offers local and regional information (brochures, maps, accommodation guides). In Bulls and Taihape brochures etc can be found at the lnformation Centres.
